Terms and Conditions

Bookings are essential and subject to availability. When securing a booking for your session, a non-refundable holding deposit may be required if a package is not paid in full prior to your photography session plus any applicable travel fees and surcharges quoted prior to the booking date. Gift Vouchers with a Petstar Photography Package that have been prepaid will not require a holding deposit. If you fail to attend a booked session and do not give at least 48 hours notice you will forfeit the total value of your voucher, your deposit or prepaid photography session in it's entirety. Vouchers and prepaid packages are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable and if Petstar Photography are unable to make your booking for any unforeseen circumstances including unsuitable weather conditions or world events we will forward your booking to the next available booking time. Special Offer Vouchers are paid in full to secure the offer and are also non-refundable. A Petstar Photography obligation free Giveaway is also considered as a paid in full Photography Session. Giveaways may not include products unless specified and are not redeemable for cash. If you do not give 48 hours notice in regards to changing your photography session booking date the Giveaway Petstar Photography Session will no longer be valid for use. You will have the option to purchase products, upgrade or add additional products on the day of your Personal Viewing if you choose to. When choosing a Petstar Photography Package, if a holding deposit is paid to secure the booking the amount paid will be deducted off your chosen package at the time of your Personal Viewing. Your chosen package options are to be paid for in full on the day of your viewing if it wasn't paid in full at the time of the booking date. There is a variety of payment options and payment plans available to choose from. Booking fees, packages and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and we also require that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise. If in the case where you have paid for a booking fee, or a Petstar Photography Package we will fully refund the amount paid for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise here at Petstar Photography where we are unable to make your booking and you are unable to change your date with us. By booking a photo shoot with Petstar Photography you acknowledge, on behalf of all participants, that Petstar Photography retain the copyright to all images created and reserve the right to use any images in any marketing and or promotional materials. This may also include commercial purchases either printed or electronic, including websites and social media profiles. All participants will be asked to sign a Photography Agreement which includes a model release and if you do not agree to public use we are here for you to discuss this with us. Petstar Photography also retain the right to enter any images in industry awards and competitions.
