We have put together some photography package options for you to choose from. Your photography session, the post-production of the images captured on the day, the editing and your in person viewing are all covered whilst saving on the cost of our products. You may then choose which other available products you would like at the time of your viewing, including some of our package and collection options. The products and pricing section below outlines examples you may select from.
Gift Vouchers, for all those avid pet lovers, can also be purchased as a wonderful gift idea! Choose from one of our Photography Package options or we can customise something special just for you.

Products and Pricing
On the day of your Personal Viewing we will be on hand to guide you through the options available to choose from for you to display in and around your home and any other products that might suit you and your needs.
We offer a variety of different size prints to purchase individually or in bundles in some of our smaller sizes which are matted and ready for you to frame. The smaller size matted prints are also available in our beautifully presented Folio and Signature Box Set collections.
We can arrange fully custom framed prints of your chosen images and the canvas wall features are all ready to hang and showcase within your home.
There's also a selection of amazing packages and collections we have put together for those looking to save on the cost of some of our products.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once you have selected your chosen products, we have a variety of payment options available to use on the day of your personal viewing. If you are unable to pay in full on the day of your viewing, we offer a payment plan with a deposit paid, to secure your order.
Individual Prints and Bundle Sets
Our smaller print options come fully edited and are printed on crystal archive paper and are matted ready for you to frame. We also have print bundles which are presented in our Folio Boxes available in the smaller size prints and you will save on the cost of the prints.

Box Set Print Collections
The beautifully presented Signature Box Set collections come in 5x7 and 8x10 inch options and are presented in photo matts. They can be displayed within the box and are also all ready to put in a frame as a wall display. There is also the option to add an easel accessory for displaying or you can add a USB of the chosen images.

The custom framed portraits come in a variety of framing options and sizes to suit your decor as artwork ready to hang on your walls. Images to canvas are also available and come in a variety of sizes that are stretched and ready to be showcased within your home.

FAQ
Can I purchase products alongside my Photography Package or Gift Voucher?
Yes you have the option to order some of the products available to purchase at the time of your personal viewing. We have a variety of payment options available and orders are paid for in full on the day of your viewing. We can also arrange a payment plan to suit your budget if you are unable to pay on the day.
Are the photography packages paid for prior to the photo shoot?
The photography packages are paid for prior to your booking date or a non-refundable holding deposit may be required to secure your photography session. The booking times and dates are also subject to availability. Gift Vouchers that have been purchased on your behalf are considered as a paid for session. You may also be required to pay any surcharges applicable to secure your booking. Head to our Terms and Conditions displayed below for full details.
Can I change the date of my booking?
I will contact you 2 days prior to the photo shoot once I have checked the weather and to confirm that everyone is all good for the date chosen. If, for some unforeseen reason, you or Petstar Photography are unable to make your session time, we require at least 48 hours notice as sessions are non refundable. We will forward book your session to next possible available time.
Will my dog be on lead and What if my pets are not trained for a photo shoot?
It is very rare that a pet will perform like a super model at a session. I have plenty of patience and tricks on hand to work with your beloved pets and the safety of your pets is of the utmost importance on the day. Dogs who need to be on lead on the day, can have the leads removed in the post production stage of your session. I will also send you a pre-shoot sheet to give you an idea of what to possibly expect on the day and to help prepare you and your pet for their photographic experience.
Can I order digital images?
You have the option to select digital images for your own personal use in our Digital Images packages. Prices are determined by the amount of images selected on the day of your viewing and can be added on as part of your final order. Most clients don't know how many images they may want until they have viewed them on the day of the personal viewing.

Ready to Begin?
Terms and conditions
Bookings are essential and subject to availability. When securing a booking for your session, a non refundable holding deposit may be required if a package is not paid in full prior to your photography session plus any applicable travel fees and surcharges quoted prior to the booking date. Gift Vouchers and packages that have been pre-paid will not require a holding deposit but if you fail to attend a booked session and do not give at least 48 hours notice you will forfeit the total value of your voucher or your deposit or pre-paid photography session in it's entirety. Vouchers and pre-paid packages are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable and if Petstar Photography are unable to make your booking for any unforeseen circumstances including unsuitable weather conditions or world events we will forward your booking to the next available booking time. Special Offer Vouchers are paid in full to secure the offer and are also non refundable. You will have the option to upgrade or to add additional products on the day of your viewing if you choose to. When choosing a Petstar Photography package, if a holding deposit is paid to secure the booking the amount paid will be deducted off your chosen package at the time of your viewing. Your chosen package options are to be paid for in full on the day of your viewing if it wasn't paid in full at the time of the booking date with a variety of payment options available to choose from. Booking fees and packages or gift vouchers are non-refundable and we also require that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise. If in the case where you have paid for a booking fee, or package we will fully refund the amount paid for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise here at Petstar Photography and we are unable to make your booking and you are unable to change your date with us. By booking a photo shoot with Petstar Photography you acknowledge, on behalf of all participants, that Petstar Photography retain the copyright to all images created and reserve the right to use any images in marketing and any promotional materials and or other commercial purchases either printed or electronic, including websites and social media profiles. All participants will be asked to sign a model release and if you do not agree to public use we are here for you to discuss this with us. Petstar Photography also retain the right to enter any images in industry awards and competitions.
